Sleep difficulties

Do any seniors have advice for a good night's sleep?

I find a glass of warm milk helps me go to sleep quickly. Another tip: It is not a good idea to work too much on the computer just before going to bed - I find this makes my mind too active.

If you are a senior golfer, try playing a round of golf at your home course. Imagine every shot. You probably will doze off before the 4th hole!
